I just checked-in, here's how my day looked...

Meals followed (all "ideal/acceptable" foods): YES – ALL IDEAL
Included a protein source at each meal: YES (CHICKEN, COTTAGE, CHEESE, FITFREEZE)
Vegetables consumed (serving = approx. 1/2 cup): YES, 6 SERVINGS (SPINACH, BROCCOLI, CARROTS)
Meals/snacks planned tomorrow: YES, ALL MEALS PLANNED, INCLUDING DINNER OUT
Water consumption: 98 OZ
Stopped eating when comfortably full: YES, EXCEPT OVERATE FITFREEZE SNACK
Avoided high-calories drinks (alcohol, soda, latte, etc.): WILL BE HAVING 2 BEERS TONIGHT
Workout(s) completed: YES, SO FAR 2 OUT OF 3 WORKOUTS COMPLETED
In addition to your workout, how active were you: NOT ACTIVE YET, BUT WILL PLAY WITH KIDS TONIGHT
Used positive self-talk throughout the day: YES
Avoided my bad habits (smoking, junk food, etc.): YES
Encouraged and/or held teammates accountable: NO
