Monday at the forum...Day 1 greetings
Hi everyone! It is day 1 and I am off to a flying start. Great shoulder day at the gym, some cardio and the 300 pushups for the DC. I will use the pushups and a 5K walk later today as my extra workout. Ideal breakfast of PF shake and oatmeal and a big glass of water. MEals are planned as all ideal. You guys can do this...not everyone's day is going to be perfect...some days just CANT be,...but this challenge is the push we all need to make those days we can control as perfect as we can !!
